Inspect the rear power window regulator switch assembly.

Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

Standard Resistance:

Tester Connection	Switch Condition	Specified Condition
5 (UP) - 7 (GND)	UP (MANUAL) → OFF	Below 1 Ω → 10 kΩ or higher
4 (DOWN) - 7 (GND)	DOWN (MANUAL) → OFF	Below 1 Ω → 10 kΩ or higher
5 (UP) - 7 (GND) 5 (UP) - 8 (AUTO)	UP (AUTO) → OFF	Below 1 Ω → 10 kΩ or higher
4 (DOWN) - 7 (GND) 8 (AUTO) - 7 (GND)	DOWN (AUTO) → OFF	Below 1 Ω → 10 kΩ or higher

If the result is not as specified, replace the rear power window regulator switch assembly.

w/ illumination:

Check that the LED illumination.

Apply auxiliary battery voltage to the power window regulator switch assembly and check that the LED illuminates.

OK:

Auxiliary Battery Connection	Specified Condition
Auxiliary battery positive (+) → 3 (ILL+) Auxiliary battery negative (-) → 1 (ILL-)	LED illuminates

If the result is not as specified, replace the power window regulator switch assembly.
