Attach the clamp and install the hood lock control cable assembly.

Attach the claw to install the front fender liner LH and 4 grommets.

Install the 9 clips and 2 screws.

Attach the claw and install the front fender front splash shield LH.

Connect the hood lock control cable assembly to the hood lock control lever sub-assembly.

Install in this Direction

Attach the guide and claw to install the hood lock control lever sub-assembly in the direction indicated by the arrow shown in the illustration.

Attach the clamp and connect the hood lock control cable assembly.

NOTICE:

Do not bend the hood lock control cable assembly excessively.

Install the hood lock assembly with the 3 bolts in the order shown in the illustration.

Torque:

8.0 N*m (82 kgf*cm, 71 in.*lbf)
