M20C-FKS, M20D-FKS LUBRICATION ENGINE OIL COOLER INSTALLATION

PROCEDURE

Hide Display 15710 1.INSTALL OIL COOLER ASSEMBLY

w/ Filter:

Install a new oil control valve filter to the cylinder block sub-assembly.

Install 2 new oil cooler gaskets to the oil cooler assembly.

Install the oil cooler assembly to the cylinder block sub-assembly with the 2 nuts and bolt.

Torque:: 16 N*m (163 kgf*cm, 12 ft.*lbf)

Connect the No. 1 water by-pass hose and No. 2 water by-pass hose to the oil cooler assembly, and slide the 2 clips to secure them.

Bolt

Install the No. 2 engine under cover assembly with the 4 bolts, 2 screws and 6 clips.

Torque:: Bolt : 7.5 N*m (76 kgf*cm, 66 in.*lbf)
