M20C-FKS, M20D-FKS LUBRICATION ENGINE OIL COOLER REMOVAL

PROCEDURE

Hide Display 51420 1.REMOVE NO. 2 ENGINE UNDER COVER ASSEMBLY

Remove the 4 bolts, 2 screws, 6 clips and No. 2 engine under cover assembly.

Hide Display 2.DRAIN ENGINE COOLANT

*1	No. 1 Water By-pass Hose
*2	No. 2 Water By-pass Hose

Slide the 2 clips and disconnect the No. 1 water by-pass hose and No. 2 water by-pass hose from the oil cooler assembly.

Remove the bolt, 2 nuts and oil cooler assembly from the cylinder block sub-assembly.

Remove the 2 oil cooler gaskets from the oil cooler assembly.

w/ Filter:

Remove the oil control valve filter from the cylinder block sub-assembly.
