M20C-FKS, M20D-FKS EMISSION CONTROL  DIFFERENTIAL PRESSURE SENSOR  INSTALLATION  


PROCEDURE

Hide 25760 1.CONNECT VACUUM TRANSMITTING HOSE ASSEMBLY

a.

Connect the vacuum transmitting hose assembly to the No. 1 tube and slide the clip to secure the hose.


Hide 25715 2.INSTALL EMISSION CONTROL VALVE BRACKET

HINT:

Perform this procedure only when replacement of the emission control valve bracket is necessary.


a.

Install the emission control valve bracket to the fuel pump flange with the nut.

Torque:
10 N*m (102 kgf*cm, 7 ft.*lbf)


Hide 89481B 3.INSTALL DIFFERENTIAL PRESSURE SENSOR

a.

Install the differential pressure sensor to the sensor bracket with the nut.

Torque:
10 N*m (102 kgf*cm, 7 ft.*lbf)

HINT:

Make sure there is no oil on the bracket.

Connect the vacuum transmitting hose assembly to the differential pressure sensor and slide the clip to secure it.

HINT:

Install the vacuum transmitting hose assembly and hose clamps as shown in the illustration.

Connect the differential pressure sensor connector.
