CHECK BASIC OPERATIONS
Using the multi-information display built into the combination meter, check that the rear seat reminder function is set to ON.
Use the same procedure as for the RH side.
If a higher priority notification is displayed on the multi-information display, the rear seat reminder will not be displayed.
Operation Check 1:
Turn the ignition switch off.
Open the rear door LH for 2 seconds or more.
If a lock operation is performed using the wireless door lock function or entry function after opening and closing the door, the rear seat reminder is not displayed.
Close the rear door LH.
Start the hybrid system within 10 minutes. (for HV Model)
Start the engine within 10 minutes. (for Gasoline Model)
Turn the ignition switch off, and then check that a rear seat reminder message is displayed on the multi-information display.
Operation Check 2:
Start the hybrid system. (for HV Model)
Start the engine. (for Gasoline Model)
Open the rear door LH for 2 seconds or more.
Close the rear door LH.
Turn the ignition switch off, and then check that a rear seat reminder message is displayed on the multi-information display.
