Hide 71052A 1.INSTALL FRONT SEAT CUSHION SPRING SUB-ASSEMBLY

Engage the 8 hooks to install the front seat cushion spring sub-assembly.


Hide 72266 2.INSTALL SEAT TRACK UPPER RAIL COVER LH (for Front Side)

a.

Operate the seat track adjusting handle and move the front seat adjuster assembly to the foremost position.

Engage the 2 claws to install the seat track upper rail cover LH as shown in the illustration.

HINT:

Operate the seat track adjusting handle and move the front seat adjuster assembly to the rearmost position.

When installing a separate type front seat cushion cover, refer to Precaution in order to prevent wrinkles from forming.

Using hog ring pliers, install the separate type front seat cushion cover to the separate type front seat cushion pad with 13 new hog rings in the order indicated in the illustration.

NOTICE:

Be careful not to damage the separate type front seat cushion cover.

Be sure to securely install the hog rings as shown in the illustration while preventing wrinkles from forming on the separate type front seat cushion cover.




Hide 7.INSTALL SEPARATE TYPE FRONT SEAT CUSHION COVER WITH PAD

Engage the claw to install the occupant detection sensor.

Engage each hook to install the separate type front seat cushion cover with pad to the separate type front seat cushion spring assembly.

Engage the guide.

Install the separate type front seatback assembly to the separate type front seat cushion assembly with the 4 bolts.

Torque:
45 N*m (459 kgf*cm, 33 ft.*lbf)

Engage the claw and 3 clamps to install the front seat airbag assembly wire harness.

HINT:

Engage the claw first.
