Install the front seat cushion panel sub-assembly to the front seat adjuster assembly with the 4 screws.

Engage the 8 hooks to install the front seat cushion spring sub-assembly to the front seat adjuster assembly.

Wire Harness Clamp

Install the seat cushion climate control blower to the seat cushion blower fan adapter with the 4 screws.

Install the 4 screws.

Connect the connector and engage the wire harness clamp.

Install in this Direction

Engage the 2 claws to install the seat track upper rail cover LH as shown in the illustration.

HINT:

Use the same procedure for the both sides.

Engage the 2 claws.

Using hog ring pliers, install the separate type front seat cushion cover to the separate type front seat cushion pad with 13 new hog rings in the order indicated in the illustration.

NOTICE:

·

Be careful not to damage the separate type front seat cushion cover.

·

Be sure to securely install the hog rings as shown in the illustration while preventing wrinkles from forming on the separate type front seat cushion cover.

for Front Passenger Side:

i.

Engage the claw to install the occupant detection sensor.

Engage the 11 hooks to install the separate type front seat cushion cover with pad to the separate type front seat cushion spring assembly.

w/ Seat Heater Switch:

i.

Connect the connector.

w/o Climate Control Seat System:

i.

Engage the 2 clamps to install the 2 front No. 2 seatback hooks to the front seatback frame sub-assembly.

w/ Climate Control Seat System:

i.

Engage the 2 clamps to install the 2 front No. 2 seatback hooks to the front seatback frame sub-assembly.

w/o Climate Control Seat System:

i.

Engage the 6 hooks to install the front seatback spring sub-assembly to the front seatback frame sub-assembly.

w/ Climate Control Seat System:

i.

Engage the 2 guides as shown in the illustration.

ii.

Engage the 2 claws to install the front seatback spring sub-assembly to the front seatback frame sub-assembly.

Install the seatback climate control blower to the seatback blower fan adapter with the 4 screws.

Engage the 3 hooks and 2 claws.

HINT:

Engage the 3 hooks first.

Connect the connector and engage the wire harness clamp.

Using hog ring pliers, install the separate type front seatback cover to the separate type front seatback pad with 15 new hog rings in the order indicated in the illustration.

NOTICE:

Be careful not to damage the separate type front seatback cover.

Be sure to securely install the hog rings as shown in the illustration while preventing wrinkles from forming on the separate type front seatback cover.

Engage the 2 claws to install the 2 front seat headrest supports.

Pass each wire harness through the hole of the separate type front seatback cover.

Engage the hook.

Close the 2 fasteners.

Engage the guide and install the LH seat reclining adjuster inside cover to the separate type front seatback assembly.

Engage the guide.

Engage the 4 claws to install the slide and vertical power seat switch knob.

Engage the claw and install the LH seat reclining adjuster inside cover to the front seat inner cushion shield.

Install the front seat inner cushion shield with the 2 screws.

Connect the front power seat switch connector.
