1.REMOVE REAR DOOR INSIDE HANDLE BEZEL

3.REMOVE REAR DOOR TRIM BOARD SUB-ASSEMBLY

4.REMOVE REAR SPEAKER ASSEMBLY
- NOTICE:

Do not touch the speaker cone.
a.
Disconnect the connector.
b.
Using a drill bit with a diameter of less than 5 mm (0.197 in.), drill out the 3 rivet heads.
- NOTICE:
- ·
Do not drill the rivet at an angle as this will cause damage to the drill and rivet installation hole. Line up the drill with the rivet, and carefully drill out the rivet head.
·Be careful as the drilled rivet will be very hot.
c.
Disengage the 2 guides to remove the rear speaker assembly.
