HEATING / AIR CONDITIONING  REFRIGERANT LINE(for Gasoline Model)  INSTALLATION  


PROCEDURE

Hide 1.INSTALL PIPING CLAMP

a.

Remove the vinyl tape from the suction hose sub-assembly and suction pipe sub-assembly.


b.

Sufficiently apply compressor oil to 2 new O-rings and the fitting surfaces of the suction hose sub-assembly.

Compressor Oil:

ND-OIL 8 or equivalent



c.

Install the 2 O-rings to the suction hose sub-assembly.

NOTICE:

Keep the O-rings and O-ring fitting surfaces free from dirt and foreign matter.



d.

Connect the suction hose sub-assembly to the suction pipe sub-assembly.

Install a new piping clamp to the suction pipe sub-assembly.

NOTICE:

Make sure that the piping clamp is engaged securely with no gap.



Hide 85319E 2.CONNECT INLET WASHER

a.

Move the inlet washer as shown in the illustration.


b.

Install the inlet washer with the clip.
