NOTICE:: When checking for DTCs, make sure that the blind spot monitor system is turned on.

1.CHECK DTC

Clear the DTCs.

Recheck for DTCs and check if the same DTC is output again.

Result:

Result	Proceed to
DTCs including DTC U023287 are output.	A
DTCs other than DTC U023287 are output.	B
No DTCs are output	C

HINT:: ·

If CAN communication system DTCs are stored, they may also be stored for other systems.

·

If the CAN communication system has been inspected and repaired, the DTCs will not be output when rechecking for DTCs.

·

If these DTCs are output frequently, duplicate the conditions that cause the problem symptoms and perform the inspection again, even if the DTCs were not output when rechecking for DTCs.
