By controlling the current, the ECM controls the shift solenoid valve SC1 and switches between forward driving control fluid pressure, and rearward driving control fluid pressure.
By controlling the current, the ECM controls the shift solenoid valve SC3 and switches the shift solenoid valve SLU between the role of controlling the lock-up clutch pressure and controlling the B1 brake pressure.

|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| P076A7F | Shift Solenoid "H" Control Actuator Stuck Off | When the ECM commands the B1 brake to be engaged, the difference between the signals from the transmission revolution sensor (NT) and (NC1) is more than 300 rpm for 2 seconds or more (2-trip detection logic). | ·

When the ECM requests the R range, the solenoid valves SC1 and SC3 turn ON and the solenoid valve SLU controls the B1 brake.
When the ECM requests the R range, if the difference between the transmission revolution sensor (NT) and (NC1) signals is more than 300 rpm, it determines that the shift solenoid valve SC1 or SC3 is malfunctioning, illuminates the MIL and stores this DTC.
When performing the confirmation driving pattern, obey all speed limits and traffic laws.
After repairs have been completed, clear the DTCs and then check that the vehicle has returned to normal by performing the following All Readiness check procedure.
When clearing the permanent DTCs, refer to the Clear Permanent DTC procedure.
Clear the DTCs (even if no DTCs are stored, perform the clear DTC procedure).
Turn the ignition switch off and wait for 2 minutes or more.
Start the engine.
Wait with the shift lever in R for 4 seconds or more. [*1]
[*1]: Normal judgment procedure.
The normal judgment procedure is used to complete DTC judgment and also used when clearing permanent DTCs.
Enter the following menus: Powertrain / Engine / Utility / All Readiness.
Input the DTC: P076A7F or P08D57F.
Check the DTC judgment result.

If the judgment result shows NORMAL, the system is normal.
If the judgment result shows ABNORMAL, the system has a malfunction.
If the judgment result shows INCOMPLETE or N/A, perform the normal judgment procedure again.
Perform the universal trip to clear permanent DTCs.
Perform registration and/or initialization when parts related to the continuously variable transaxle system are replaced.
Check that no DTCs are stored after performing initialization.
If any DTCs other than P076A7F or P08D57F are output, perform troubleshooting for those DTCs first.
Read the DTCs using the GTS.

Pre-procedure1
Disconnect the transmission wire connector from the shift solenoid valves SC1 and SC3.
Procedure1
Connect a positive (+) lead from the battery to the terminal of the shift solenoid valve SC1 connector and a negative (-) lead to the shift solenoid valve SC1 body. Check that the valve moves and makes an operating sound.
