PROCEDURE

Hide 88719A 1.INSTALL AIR CONDITIONER PRESSURE SENSOR

a.

Remove the vinyl tape from the air conditioning tube and accessory assembly.


b.

Sufficiently apply compressor oil to the O-ring of a new air conditioner pressure sensor and the fitting surface of the air conditioner pressure sensor.

Compressor Oil:
Refrigerant Compressor Oil
for HV Model ND-OIL 11 or equivalent
for Gasoline Model ND-OIL 8 or equivalent


NOTICE:
·

for HV Model: Do not use any compressor oil other than ND-OIL 11 or equivalent. If any compressor oil other than ND-OIL 11 or equivalent is used, compressor motor insulation performance may decrease, resulting in leakage of electric power.

·

Keep the O-ring and O-ring fitting surface free of foreign matter.

Install in this Direction


Using a 27 mm deep socket wrench, install the air conditioner pressure sensor as shown in the illustration.

Torque:
10.8 N*m (110 kgf*cm, 8 ft.*lbf)
