Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

Standard Resistance:

Tester Connection	Switch Condition	Specified Condition
18 (B) - 17 (E)	NORMAL mode switch being pushed and held	80.3 to 83.6 Ω
	NORMAL mode switch not pushed	10 kΩ or higher
18 (B) - 17 (E)	ROCK & DIRT mode switch being pushed and held	0.58 to 0.6 kΩ
	ROCK & DIRT mode switch not pushed	10 kΩ or higher
18 (B) - 17 (E)	MUD & SAND mode switch being pushed and held	2.05 to 2.13 kΩ
	MUD & SAND mode switch not pushed	10 kΩ or higher

If the result is not as specified, replace the integration control and panel assembly (multi-terrain select switch).

Inspect the illumination:

Apply battery voltage to the integration control and panel assembly (multi-terrain select switch) and check that the switch illuminates.

OK:

Condition	Specified Condition
Battery positive (+) → Terminal 12 (ILL+) Battery negative (-) → Terminal 1 (ILL-)	Illuminates

If the result is not as specified, replace the integration control and panel assembly (multi-terrain select switch).
