1.DRAIN ENGINE COOLANT

2.REMOVE NO. 1 ENGINE COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY
3.REMOVE AIR CLEANER ASSEMBLY WITH AIR CLEANER HOSE
4.DISCONNECT ENGINE WIRE
Remove the 3 bolts.
Disconnect the clamp and 4 connectors.
Disconnect the 3 clamps and 6 connectors.
Remove the 2 bolts and 2 nuts.
Disconnect the 2 clamps and 5 connectors.

5.REMOVE EGR COOLER ASSEMBLY

Slide the 2 clips and disconnect the No. 3 water by-pass hose and No. 4 water by-pass hose from the EGR cooler assembly.
Remove the 2 bolts and wire harness clamp bracket from the EGR cooler assembly.
Remove the 2 bolts, 3 nuts and EGR cooler assembly from the cylinder head sub-assembly and EGR valve assembly.

Remove the EGR valve gasket and EGR cooler gasket from the EGR cooler assembly.
