DESCRIPTION
Whenever a dynamic radar cruise control system DTC is stored, the ECM and forward recognition camera stores the current vehicle state (ECU and sensor information) as Freeze Frame Data.
CHECK FREEZE FRAME DATA
The ECU records vehicle and driving condition information as freeze frame data the moment a DTC is stored.
Connect the GTS to the DLC3.
Turn the ignition switch to ON.
Turn the GTS on.
Enter the following menus: Powertrain / Radar Cruise 1*1 or Radar Cruise 2*2 / Trouble Codes.
*1: Output from the ECM
*2: Output from the forward recognition camera
Select the DTCs (with snow icon) for which freeze frame data is recorded.
The operating conditions the moment a DTC is stored are recorded as freeze frame data. Furthermore, only the latest 3 DTCs can be stored by the forward recognition camera.
