NR Series BATTERY / CHARGING GENERATOR INSTALLATION

1.INSTALL GENERATOR ASSEMBLY
Install the wire harness clamp bracket to the generator assembly with the bolt.
- Torque:
- 8.0 N*m (82 kgf*cm, 71 in.*lbf)
Using an E8 "TORX" socket wrench, temporarily install the generator assembly with the stud bolt.
- Torque:
- 10 N*m (102 kgf*cm, 7 ft.*lbf)
Install the generator assembly with the bolt and 2 nuts.
- Torque:
- 25 N*m (255 kgf*cm, 18 ft.*lbf)
Engage the wire harness clamp.
Connect the generator assembly connector.
Connect the wire harness to terminal B with the nut.
- Torque:
- 9.8 N*m (100 kgf*cm, 87 in.*lbf)
Install the terminal cap.

5.CONNECT CABLE TO NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL
6. INITIALIZATION AFTER RECONNECTING BATTERY TERMINAL

When disconnecting and reconnecting the battery, there is an automatic learning function that completes learning when the respective system is used.
