Disengage the claw and 2 guides as shown in the illustration to remove the air filter cover plate.

Remove in this Direction

Remove the air filter sub-assembly as shown in the illustration.

ii.

Disengage the 4 guides to remove the clean air filter from the air filter case.

w/o Air Filter Case:

Remove in this Direction

Remove the clean air filter as shown in the illustration.

Remove the 3 screws and blower motor with fan sub-assembly.

for 2-tier Type:

Remove the 3 screws and blower motor with fan sub-assembly.

Remove the 2 screws and blower motor control.

Hide Display 5.REMOVE BLOWER RESISTOR (for Manual Air Conditioning System)

Remove the 2 screws and blower resistor.

Hide Display 87130K 6.REMOVE NO. 1 BLOWER DAMPER SERVO SUB-ASSEMBLY

a.

for Automatic Air Conditioning System except M15B-FKS, M15C-FKS, 8ZR-FXE:

i.

Remove the 2 screws and No. 1 blower damper servo sub-assembly.

b.

for Automatic Air Conditioning System and M15B-FKS, M15C-FKS, 8ZR-FXE:

i.

Remove the 2 screws and No. 1 blower damper servo sub-assembly.

c.

for Manual Air Conditioning System except M15B-FKS, M15C-FKS, 8ZR-FXE:

i.

Remove the 2 screws and No. 1 blower damper servo sub-assembly.

d.

for Manual Air Conditioning System and M15B-FKS, M15C-FKS, 8ZR-FXE:

i.

Remove the 2 screws and No. 1 blower damper servo sub-assembly.
