Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

Standard Resistance (for Type A):

Tester Connection	Condition	Specified Condition
3 - 2	Seat heater temperature 20 °C (68 °F)	1.7 to 2.0 Ω
3 - 1	Seat heater temperature 20 °C (68 °F)	3.3 to 4.0 Ω

Standard Resistance (for Type B):

Tester Connection	Condition	Specified Condition
3 - 2	Seat heater temperature 20 °C (68 °F)	1.71 to 2.09 Ω
3 - 1	Seat heater temperature 20 °C (68 °F)	3.6 to 4.4 Ω

If the result is not as specified, replace the front seatback heater (separate type front seatback cover).
