SEAT  FRONT SEAT ASSEMBLY(for Manual Seat)  REASSEMBLY  

Engage the claw to install the vertical adjuster bracket cover LH to the front vertical adjuster brake sub-assembly.

Install the vertical adjuster gear LH.

i.

Install the front vertical adjuster brake sub-assembly.

NOTICE:

Make sure to insert the stud bolt of the front vertical adjuster brake sub-assembly into the hole of the front seat adjuster assembly as shown in the illustration.

ii.

Install the vertical adjuster spacer.

iii.

Install the vertical adjuster plate with the 3 nuts.

Torque:

5.0 N*m (51 kgf*cm, 44 in.*lbf)

NOTICE:

Tighten the nuts in the order shown in the illustration.

Engage the 4 claws to install the seat track upper rail cover as shown in the illustration.

HINT:

Use the same procedure for both sides.

Engage the 2 claws to install the seat track adjusting handle to the front seat adjuster assembly.

Engage the 4 claws to install the seat track upper No. 3 cover as shown in the illustration.

HINT:

Use the same procedure for both sides.

Engage the 6 hooks to install the front seat cushion spring sub-assembly to the front seat adjuster assembly.

Engage the claw to install the front seat cushion wire harness holder.

Engage the 4 claws to install the LH seat reclining adjuster inside cover RH.

Engage the 4 claws to install the RH seat reclining adjuster inside cover LH.

Engage the 4 claws to install the RH seat reclining adjuster inside cover RH.

for Standard Seat Type:

i.

Engage the 12 claws to install the separate type front seat cushion cover to the separate type front seat cushion pad. (for Type A)

ii.

Engage the 12 claws to install the separate type front seat cushion cover to the separate type front seat cushion pad. (for Type B)

for Sporty Seat Type:

i.

Engage the 13 claws to install the separate type front seat cushion cover to the separate type front seat cushion pad. (for Type A)

ii.

Engage the 12 claws to install the separate type front seat cushion cover to the separate type front seat cushion pad. (for Type B)

Engage the 10 hooks to install the separate type front seat cushion cover with pad to the separate type front seat cushion spring assembly.

Engage the 2 hooks.

for Front Passenger Side:

i.

Engage the claw to install the connector holder to the occupant detection sensor wire harness as shown in the illustration.

ii.

Install in this Direction

Engage the claw to install the connector holder as shown in the illustration.

w/ Seat Heater System:

i.

Engage the claw and 4 clamps.

HINT:

Engage the claw first.

for Standard Seat Type:

i.

Engage the 14 claws to install the separate type front seatback cover to the separate type front seatback pad. (for Type A)

ii.

Engage the 14 claws to install the separate type front seatback cover to the separate type front seatback pad. (for Type B)

for Sporty Seat Type:

i.

Engage the 15 claws to install the separate type front seatback cover to the separate type front seatback pad. (for Type A)

ii.

Engage the 15 claws to install the separate type front seatback cover to the separate type front seatback pad. (for Type B)

Engage the 4 claws to install the 2 front seat headrest supports.

Close the 2 fasteners.

w/ Seat Heater System:

i.

Engage the clamp.

Engage the 3 hooks.

Engage the 4 guides.

Engage the claw and 4 clamps to install the front seat airbag assembly wire harness.

HINT:

Engage the claw first.

w/ Seat Heater System:

i.

Engage the clamp.

Pass the separate type front seatback cover through the grooves of the seat reclining adjuster inside cover LH and seat reclining adjuster inside cover RH.

Engage the 2 hooks.
