DOOR / HATCH  HOOD  REASSEMBLY  

1.INSTALL HOOD STAY BRACKET

a.

Engage the guide.

b.

Install the hood stay bracket with the bolt.

53440D 2.INSTALL HOOD SUPPORT ASSEMBLY

a.

Engage the 3 claws to install the hood support assembly.

53452 3.INSTALL HOOD STAY HOLDER

a.

Engage the 2 claws to install the hood stay holder.

4.CONNECT WASHER HOSE ASSEMBLY

a.

for COROLLA, LEVIN:

i.

Engage the grommet.

ii.

Engage the 4 clamps to connect the washer hose assembly.

b.

for ALLION, LEVIN GT:

i.

Engage the grommet.

ii.

Engage the 4 clamps to connect the washer hose assembly.

Engage the 2 guides as shown in the illustration.

b.

Install the hood insulator with 6 new hood insulator clips.
