Hide 53341B 1.REMOVE HOOD INSULATOR (w/ Hood Insulator)

Using a clip remover, remove the 6 hood insulator clips.

Remove in this Direction


Disengage the 2 guides to remove the hood insulator as shown in the illustration.


Hide 85035 2.REMOVE WASHER NOZZLE SUB-ASSEMBLY

Click hereVehicle Exterior>WIPER / WASHER>WASHER NOZZLE>REMOVAL

HINT:

Use the same procedure for the LH side and RH side.


Hide 3.DISCONNECT WASHER HOSE ASSEMBLY

for COROLLA, LEVIN:

Disengage the 4 clamps.


ii.

Disengage the grommet to disconnect the washer hose assembly.



b.

for ALLION, LEVIN GT:

Disengage the 4 clamps.


ii.

Disengage the grommet to disconnect the washer hose assembly.



Hide 53452 4.REMOVE HOOD STAY HOLDER

Disengage the 2 claws to remove the hood stay holder.


Hide 53440D 5.REMOVE HOOD SUPPORT ASSEMBLY

Disengage the 3 claws to remove the hood support assembly.


Hide 6.REMOVE HOOD STAY BRACKET

Remove the bolt.

Disengage the guide to remove the hood stay bracket.
