STOP AND START  OIL PUMP ASSEMBLY  INSTALLATION  


PROCEDURE

Hide 35300C 1.INSTALL OIL PUMP WITH MOTOR ASSEMBLY

a.

Temporarily install a new oil pump with motor assembly to the continuously variable transaxle assembly with the 3 bolts.

NOTICE:
·

Make sure that the O-ring is installed to the oil pump with motor assembly.

·

Make sure that the O-ring is not moved out of place when installing the oil pump with motor assembly.

·

To prevent the O-ring from being damaged, do not move the oil pump with motor assembly laterally with it contacting the continuously variable transaxle assembly.




b.

Tighten the 3 bolts.

Torque:
22 N*m (224 kgf*cm, 16 ft.*lbf)


c.

Connect the wire harness to the oil pump with motor assembly with the bolt.

Torque:
12.5 N*m (127 kgf*cm, 9 ft.*lbf)


d.

Connect the oil pump with motor assembly connector.
