STOP AND START OIL PUMP ASSEMBLY REMOVAL

PROCEDURE

Hide Display 51410 1.REMOVE NO. 1 ENGINE UNDER COVER ASSEMBLY

Hide Display 51444A 2.REMOVE REAR ENGINE UNDER COVER LH

Hide Display 3.REPLACE CONTINUOUSLY VARIABLE TRANSAXLE FLUID

Hide Display 35300C 4.REMOVE OIL PUMP WITH MOTOR ASSEMBLY

Disconnect the oil pump with motor assembly connector.

Remove the bolt and disconnect the wire harness from the oil pump with motor assembly.

Remove the 3 bolts and oil pump with motor assembly from the continuously variable transaxle assembly.

NOTICE:: The O-ring of the oil pump with motor assembly is not available as a supply part. As the O-ring is a non-reusable part, if the oil pump with motor assembly is removed, the oil pump with motor assembly must be replaced with a new one.
