NR Series COOLING  THERMOSTAT(for Cylinder Block)  INSTALLATION  


PROCEDURE

Hide 16331A 1.INSTALL THERMOSTAT (for Cylinder Block)

a.

Install a new No. 1 water inlet housing gasket to the thermostat (for Cylinder Block).


b.

Install the thermostat (for Cylinder Block) to the cylinder block sub-assembly.


Hide 16321 2.INSTALL WATER INLET

a.

Install the water inlet and a new heater return gasket with 3 new bolts.

Torque:
21 N*m (214 kgf*cm, 15 ft.*lbf)
