PROCEDURE

Hide 1.INSPECT SEAT HEATER SWITCH (for LH)

a.

Check that the LEDs illuminate.

(Seat Heater Switch (for LH))


Apply auxiliary battery voltage to the seat heater switch (for LH) and check that each indicator and the illumination illuminate.

OK:
Auxiliary Battery Connection Condition Specified Condition
Auxiliary battery positive (+) → 6
Auxiliary battery negative (-) → 3 		HI switch on HI switch indicator comes on
Auxiliary battery positive (+) → 6
Auxiliary battery negative (-) → 3 		LO switch on LO switch indicator comes on
Auxiliary battery positive (+) → 5
Auxiliary battery negative (-) → 2 		Always Illumination comes on


If the result is not as specified, replace the seat heater switch (for LH).



Hide 2.INSPECT SEAT HEATER SWITCH (for RH)

Check that the LEDs illuminate.
