8ZR-FXE EMISSION CONTROL  DIFFERENTIAL PRESSURE SENSOR  INSTALLATION  


PROCEDURE

Hide 25715 1.INSTALL EMISSION CONTROL VALVE BRACKET

HINT:

Perform this procedure only when replacement of the emission control valve bracket is necessary.


a.

Install the emission control valve bracket to the cylinder head with the bolt.

Torque:
43 N*m (438 kgf*cm, 32 ft.*lbf)


Hide 89481B 2.INSTALL DIFFERENTIAL PRESSURE SENSOR

a.

Install the differential pressure sensor to the emission control valve bracket with the nut.

Torque:
10 N*m (102 kgf*cm, 7 ft.*lbf)


b.

Connect the No. 1 vacuum transmitting pipe sub-assembly to the differential pressure sensor and slide the clip to secure it.


c.

Connect the differential pressure sensor connector.
