PROCEDURE

Hide Display 62506C 1.INSTALL QUARTER PILLAR COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY (for COROLLA)

Install 3 new clips.

Install in this Direction

Engage the 3 clips to install the quarter pillar cover sub-assembly as shown in the illustration.

Hide Display 62506C 2.INSTALL QUARTER PILLAR COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY (for LEVIN)

Install 3 new clips.

Install in this Direction

Engage the 3 clips to install the quarter pillar cover sub-assembly as shown in the illustration.

Hide Display 62506C 3.INSTALL QUARTER PILLAR COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY (for ALLION)

HINT:: When installing the quarter pillar cover sub-assembly, heat the vehicle body and quarter pillar cover sub-assembly using a heat light.

Quarter Pillar Cover Sub-assembly	20 to 30°C (68 to 86°F)

Do not touch the heat light and heated parts, touching the heat light may result in burns.

Touching heated parts for a long time may result in burns.

NOTICE:: Do not heat the vehicle body or quarter pillar cover sub-assembly excessively.

Clean the vehicle body surface.

Using a heat light, heat the vehicle body surface.

ii.

Remove any remaining double-sided tape from the vehicle body.

iii.

Wipe off any tape adhesive residue with cleaner.

Using a heat light, heat the vehicle body and a new quarter pillar cover sub-assembly.

Remove the release paper from the quarter pillar cover sub-assembly.

HINT:: After removing the release paper, keep the exposed adhesive free from foreign matter.

	Install in this Direction

Engage the 3 clips to install the quarter pillar cover sub-assembly as shown in the illustration.

HINT:: Press the quarter pillar cover sub-assembly firmly to install it.

HINT:: When installing the quarter pillar cover sub-assembly, heat the vehicle body and quarter pillar cover sub-assembly using a heat light.
