When removing the fuel vapor feed hose, hold the purge valve body securely in place by hand.

3.DISCONNECT NO. 8 WATER BY-PASS HOSE
Slide the clip and disconnect the No. 8 water by-pass hose from the No. 3 water by-pass pipe.

4.DISCONNECT NO. 9 WATER BY-PASS HOSE
Slide the clip and disconnect the No. 9 water by-pass hose from the No. 3 water by-pass pipe.

5.REMOVE PURGE VALVE (PURGE VSV)

Disconnect the purge valve (purge VSV) connector.
Disconnect the No. 1 fuel vapor feed hose from the purge valve (purge VSV).
Disconnect the No. 2 fuel vapor feed hose from the purge valve (purge VSV).
Remove the bolt and purge valve (purge VSV) with No. 3 water by-pass pipe from the camshaft housing sub-assembly.
Remove the screw and purge valve (purge VSV) from the No. 3 water by-pass pipe.
