Remove the screw and air duct assembly.

Remove the 3 screws.
Detach the guide and remove the rear air duct.

Remove the 2 screws.

Disconnect the connector.
Remove the 3 screws and plate.
Remove the 3 screws.

Remove the rear blower with fan motor sub-assembly in the direction indicated by the arrow as shown in the illustration.

7.REMOVE BLOWER MOTOR CONTROL

Disconnect the connector.
Remove the 2 screws and blower motor control.

8.REMOVE AIR CONDITIONING TUBE AND ACCESSORY ASSEMBLY
Remove the No. 1 cooling unit packing.
Do not reuse the removed No. 1 cooling unit packing.

Remove the screw.
Using pliers, grip the claws of the clip and slide the clip to disconnect the heater water hose inlet C and heater water hose outlet C.
Remove the bolt and air conditioning tube and accessory assembly from the rear air conditioning blower assembly.
Remove the 2 O-rings from the air conditioning tube and accessory assembly.
Seal the openings of the disconnected parts using vinyl tape to prevent the entry of moisture and foreign matter.
Do not reuse the removed O-ring.

9.REMOVE HEATER RADIATOR UNIT SUB-ASSEMBLY

Remove the screw.
Detach the claw and move the heater unit clamp in the direction indicated by the arrow as shown in the illustration.

Remove the heater radiator unit sub-assembly from the rear air conditioning blower assembly.
10.REMOVE WIRE HARNESS
Detach the clamp and remove the wire harness.

11.REMOVE DRAIN COOLER HOSE
Disconnect the drain cooler hose.
Remove the 2 screws.
Detach the guide and remove the drain cooler hose.

12.REMOVE REAR EVAPORATOR SUB-ASSEMBLY
Detach the claw and remove the plate.
Remove the grommet.
Using a 4 mm hexagon socket wrench, remove the 2 bolts and connector tube.
Seal the openings of the disconnected parts using vinyl tape to prevent the entry of moisture and foreign matter.
Detach the clamp and disconnect the wire harness.
Remove the 12 screws.
Detach the claw and guide and then remove the heater case LH.

Remove the rear evaporator sub-assembly in the direction indicated by the arrow as shown in the illustration.
Remove the 2 O-rings from the rear evaporator sub-assembly.
Seal the openings of the disconnected parts using vinyl tape to prevent the entry of moisture and foreign matter.
Do not reuse the removed O-ring.

13.REMOVE NO. 2 AIR CONDITIONING HARNESS ASSEMBLY
If damaged during removal, replace the part with a new one.

14.REMOVE HEATER WATER HOSE INLET H
Using pliers, grip the claws of the clip and slide the clip to remove the heater water hose inlet H.

15.REMOVE HEATER WATER HOSE OUTLET
Using pliers, grip the claws of the clip and slide the clip to remove the heater water hose outlet.
16.REMOVE PIPING CLAMP
Detach the clamp.
Remove the screw and piping clamp.

17.REMOVE HEATER WATER OUTLET PIPE G
Remove the packing.
Do not reuse the removed packing.
Remove the 3 screws.
Detach the guide and remove the cover LH.
Remove the heater water outlet pipe G from the cover RH.

18.REMOVE HEATER WATER INLET PIPE F
Remove the heater water inlet pipe F from the cover RH.

19.REMOVE COOLER REFRIGERANT SUCTION PIPE E
Remove the cooler refrigerant suction pipe E with cooler refrigerant liquid pipe E from the cover RH.
Remove the cooling unit packing.
Do not reuse the removed cooling unit packing.
Remove the 2 bolts and cooler refrigerant suction pipe E.
Remove the 2 O-rings from the cooler refrigerant suction pipe E.
Seal the openings of the disconnected parts using vinyl tape to prevent the entry of moisture and foreign matter.
Do not reuse the removed O-ring.

20.REMOVE REAR COOLING UNIT EXPANSION VALVE

Remove the rear cooling unit expansion valve in the direction indicated by the arrow as shown in the illustration.
