b.

Detach the guide and remove the rear air duct.

Remove the screw.


c.

Using pliers, grip the claws of the clip and slide the clip to disconnect the heater water hose inlet C and heater water hose outlet C.


d.

Remove the bolt and air conditioning tube and accessory assembly from the rear air conditioning blower assembly.


e.

Remove the 2 O-rings from the air conditioning tube and accessory assembly.

NOTICE:
·

Seal the openings of the disconnected parts using vinyl tape to prevent the entry of moisture and foreign matter.

·

Do not reuse the removed O-ring.

Remove the 2 screws.

Detach the guide and remove the drain cooler hose.

Detach the claw and remove the plate.

Remove the grommet.


c.

Using a 4 mm hexagon socket wrench, remove the 2 bolts and connector tube.

NOTICE:

Seal the openings of the disconnected parts using vinyl tape to prevent the entry of moisture and foreign matter.

Detach the clamp and disconnect the wire harness.

Remove the 12 screws.

Detach the claw and guide and then remove the heater case LH.

Remove the rear evaporator sub-assembly in the direction indicated by the arrow as shown in the illustration.

Remove the 2 O-rings from the rear evaporator sub-assembly.

Do not reuse the removed O-ring.

Do not reuse the removed cooling unit packing.

Remove the 2 bolts and cooler refrigerant suction pipe E.

Remove the 2 O-rings from the cooler refrigerant suction pipe E.

Seal the openings of the disconnected parts using vinyl tape to prevent the entry of moisture and foreign matter.

Do not reuse the removed O-ring.
