HEATING / AIR CONDITIONING MAGNET VALVE REMOVAL

PROCEDURE

Hide Display 1. RECOVER REFRIGERANT FROM REFRIGERATION SYSTEM

Hide Display 88891Q 2.REMOVE NO. 2 COOLER COVER

Detach the clamp and disconnect the connector.

Remove the 3 screws.

Detach the guide and remove each No. 2 cooler cover from the air conditioner tube and accessory assembly.

Hide Display 88515A 3.REMOVE COOLER EXPANSION VALVE WITH MAGNET VALVE

Using a 4 mm hexagon socket wrench, remove the 2 bolts and cooler expansion valve with magnet valve.

Remove the 4 O-rings from the air conditioner tube and accessory.

NOTICE:: Seal the openings of the disconnected parts using vinyl tape to prevent the entry of moisture and foreign matter.
