Detach the snap in the direction indicated by the arrow (1) in the illustration.

Disconnect the back door lock open link in the direction indicated by the arrow (2) in the illustration.

	Remove in this Direction (1)
	Remove in this Direction (2)

Detach the snap in the direction indicated by the arrow (1) in the illustration.

d.

Disconnect the back door cylinder to lock control link in the direction indicated by the arrow (2) in the illustration.

e.

Detach the clamp and disconnect the back door lock cable.

Disconnect the connector.

g.

w/ Inside Handle Light:

i.

Detach the connector clamp.

h.

Remove the 4 screws.

i.

Detach the guide and remove the back door remote control assembly.

j.

Remove the 4 grommets.

Disconnect the connector.

Detach the wire harness clamp and cable clamp.

Remove the 3 bolts and back door lock assembly with courtesy light switch.
