Protective Tape


Using a thin-bladed screwdriver with its tip wrapped with protective tape, pry open the transmitter housing cover.

NOTICE:

Do not forcibly pry the cover.


HINT:
·

Tape the screwdriver tip before use.

·

Open the cover as shown in the illustration so as not to drop the button.

Protective Tape


Using a thin-bladed screwdriver with its tip wrapped with protective tape, remove the door control transmitter module set sub-assembly from the transmitter housing case.

NOTICE:

Handle each part with care as they are delicate electrical parts.


HINT:
·

Tape the screwdriver tip before use.

·

When removing the module, be careful not to drop the button.

Detach the claw and remove the transmitter battery cover.

Remove the transmitter battery (lithium battery: CR2016).

NOTICE:
·

Do not push the terminals with your finger.

·

Do not forcibly pry up the transmitter battery. The terminals may be damaged.

·

Do not touch the transmitter battery with wet hands. Water may cause rust.

·

Do not touch or move any components inside the transmitter. It may interfere with proper operation.

·

When replacing the transmitter battery, before starting work, remove static electricity that has built up in the body by touching, for example, the vehicle to prevent the electrical transmitter from being damaged.
