7GR-FKS COOLING THERMOSTAT REMOVAL

PROCEDURE

Hide Display 51406A 1.REMOVE NO. 2 ENGINE UNDER COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY (w/ No. 2 Engine Under Cover Sub-assembly)

Hide Display 52618 2.REMOVE LOWER FRONT BUMPER ABSORBER

Hide Display 51405A 3.REMOVE NO. 1 ENGINE UNDER COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY

Hide Display 4.DRAIN ENGINE COOLANT

Hide Display 16572D 5.DISCONNECT NO. 2 RADIATOR HOSE

Slide the clip and disconnect the No. 2 radiator hose from the water inlet sub-assembly with thermostat.

Hide Display 16295 6.DISCONNECT NO. 7 WATER BY-PASS HOSE

Slide the clip and disconnect the No. 7 water by-pass hose from the water inlet sub-assembly with thermostat.

Hide Display 16267 7.DISCONNECT NO. 3 WATER BY-PASS HOSE

Slide the clip and disconnect the No. 3 water by-pass hose from the water inlet sub-assembly with thermostat.

Hide Display 16281 8.DISCONNECT NO. 4 WATER BY-PASS HOSE

Slide the clip and disconnect the No. 4 water by-pass hose from the water inlet sub-assembly with thermostat.

Hide Display 16031 9.REMOVE WATER INLET SUB-ASSEMBLY WITH THERMOSTAT

Disconnect the connector and detach the clamp.

	Nut

Remove the 2 bolts, nut and water inlet sub-assembly with thermostat from the engine water pump assembly.

Remove the gasket from the water inlet sub-assembly with thermostat.
