PARK ASSIST / MONITORING  TOYOTA PARKING ASSIST-SENSOR SYSTEM  DTC CHECK / CLEAR  


CHECK DTC


a.

Connect the GTS to the DLC3.


b.

Turn the ignition switch to ON.


c.

Turn the TOYOTA parking assist-sensor system on.

HINT:

If the clearance sonar OFF indicator in the combination meter assembly is illuminated, press the back sonar or clearance sonar switch assembly to turn the clearance sonar OFF indicator off.



d.

Turn the GTS on.


e.

Enter the following menus: Body Electrical / Clearance Sonar / Trouble Codes.


f.

Check for DTCs.

CLEAR DTC


a.

Connect the GTS to the DLC3.


b.

Turn the ignition switch to ON.


c.

d.

Turn the GTS on.

Clear the DTCs.

Body Electrical > Clearance Sonar > Clear DTCs
