PROCEDURE

Hide 87209 4.DISCONNECT WATER HOSE SUB-ASSEMBLY

Remove in this Direction


Detach the claw, open the hose clamp and disconnect each hose.

Using pliers, grip the claw of the hose clip and slide the hose clip to disconnect the water hose sub-assembly (inletside).

NOTICE:
·

Do not apply excessive force to the water hose and water hose sub-assembly (inletside).

·

Prepare a drain pan or cloth in case the coolant leaks.

Using pliers, grip the claws of the hose clip and slide the hose clip to disconnect the water hose sub-assembly (outletside).

NOTICE:

Do not apply excessive force to the water hose and water hose sub-assembly (outletside).

Prepare a drain pan or cloth in case the coolant leaks.




Hide 88704 5.DISCONNECT SUCTION HOSE SUB-ASSEMBLY

Remove the bolt and disconnect the suction hose sub-assembly.


Hide 87120G 6.REMOVE VISCOUS HEATER WITH MAGNET CLUTCH ASSEMBLY

Disconnect the connector.

Remove the 2 bolts and viscous heater with magnet clutch assembly.

Remove the screw and bracket.

Using pliers, grip the claws of the hose clip and slide the hose clip to remove the water hose sub-assembly (outlet side).

NOTICE:

Do not apply excessive force to the water hose and water hose sub-assembly (outlet side).

Prepare a drain pan or cloth in case the coolant leaks.
