1.INSPECT AIR CONDITIONER PRESSURE SENSOR (for Manual Air Conditioning System)

Check the wire harness.
Disconnect the A37 air conditioner pressure sensor connector.
Disconnect the N41 air conditioning amplifier assembly connector.
Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

| A37-2 (PR) - Body ground | Always | 10 kΩ or higher |
| A37-3 (+) - Body ground | Always | 10 kΩ or higher |
If the resistance is not as specified, repair the wire harness.
Check the Voltage.

Reconnect the A37 air conditioning amplifier assembly connector.
Turn the ignition switch to ON.
Measure the voltage according to the value(s) in the table below.

| A37-3 (+) - Body ground | Ignition switch ON | 4.75 to 5.25 V |
If the voltage is not as specified, repair the wire harness or replace the air conditioning amplifier assembly.
Check the air conditioner pressure sensor.
Connect the connector to the air conditioner pressure sensor.
Install a manifold gauge set.
Warm up the engine.
Turn the A/C switch on.
Measure the voltage according to the value(s) in the table below.
Check from the rear of the connector while it is connected to the air conditioning amplifier assembly.

Check the wire harness.
Disconnect the A37 air conditioner pressure sensor connector.
Disconnect the N43 air conditioning amplifier assembly connector.
Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

If the resistance is not as specified, repair the wire harness.
Check the Voltage.

Reconnect the A37 air conditioning amplifier assembly connector.
Turn the ignition switch to ON.
Measure the voltage according to the value(s) in the table below.

If the voltage is not as specified, repair the wire harness or replace the air conditioning amplifier assembly.
Check the air conditioner pressure sensor.
Connect the connector to the air conditioner pressure sensor.
Install a manifold gauge set.
Warm up the engine.
Turn the A/C switch on.
Measure the voltage according to the value(s) in the table below.
Check from the rear of the connector while it is connected to the air conditioning amplifier assembly.
