Hide 87212A 1.INSTALL REAR NO. 1 AIR DUCT (for LHD)

Install the rear No. 1 air duct with the 3 screws.

Install the rear heater unit sub-assembly as shown in the illustration.


Hide 87104R 3.INSTALL REAR HEATER BLOWER MOTOR SUB-ASSEMBLY (for LHD)

Install the rear heater blower motor sub-assembly with the 3 screws.

Connect the connector.


Hide 87114 4.INSTALL HEATER COVER (for LHD)

Install the heater cover with the 3 screws.

Attach the clamp.

Install the rear heater unit heater water outlet hose with the marking and attach the clip within the area shown in the illustration.

NOTICE:
·

Do not apply excessive force to the rear heater unit heater water outlet hose.

·

Make sure the rear heater unit heater water outlet hose is securely inserted to the stopper. However, if the end of the rear heater unit heater water outlet hose is cut diagonally, it is acceptable for the entire circumference of the tip to not contact the stopper.

·

Connect the rear heater unit heater water outlet hose so that its marking faces the top of the vehicle.




b.

Make sure to install the hose clip within the range shown in the illustration.

NOTICE:

Make sure that the hose clamps do not contact each other.

NOTICE:

Do not apply excessive force to the rear heater unit heater water inlet hose.

Make sure the rear heater unit heater water inlet hose is securely inserted to the stopper. However, if the end of the rear heater unit heater water inlet hose is cut diagonally, it is acceptable for the entire circumference of the tip to not contact the stopper.

Connect the rear heater unit heater water inlet hose so that its marking faces the top of the vehicle.
