*2 Cooler Refrigerant Liquid Pipe A


Install SST to the piping clamp as shown in the illustration.

*a Push in


Hold the air conditioner tube assembly (condenser pipe) and cooler refrigerant liquid pipe A with each hand and push in SST with both thumbs.

NOTICE:

Do not apply excessive force to the air conditioner tube assembly (condenser pipe) or cooler refrigerant liquid pipe A as they may bend.

*1 Cooler Refrigerant Liquid Pipe A
*a Stopper
*b Pull Off


Raise the stopper of SST and remove SST and the piping clamp together from the cooler refrigerant liquid pipe A.


iv.

Remove the piping clamp from SST.


v.

Remove the cooler refrigerant liquid pipe A from the air conditioner tube assembly (condenser pipe).


vi.

Remove the 2 O-rings from the air conditioner tube assembly (condenser pipe).

NOTICE:

Seal the openings of the disconnected parts using vinyl tape to prevent entry of moisture and foreign matter.

Raise the stopper of SST and remove SST and the piping clamp together from the air conditioner tube assembly (front cooler pipe).


iv.

Remove the piping clamp from SST.


v.

Remove air conditioner tube assembly (front cooler pipe) the from the air conditioner tube assembly (condenser pipe).


vi.

Remove the 2 O-rings from the air conditioner tube assembly (condenser pipe).

NOTICE:

Seal the openings of the disconnected parts using vinyl tape to prevent entry of moisture and foreign matter.
