When the ignition switch is turned to ON, the IG power source circuit supplies positive (+) voltage to the power steering ECU assembly.

1.CHECK HARNESS AND CONNECTOR (POWER STEERING ECU ASSEMBLY - BATTERY AND BODY GROUND)

Disconnect the power steering ECU assembly connector.
