CHECK WARNING LIGHT

When a malfunction is detected in the power steering system, the power steering warning light in the combination meter comes on to inform the driver of the malfunction.

HINT:

When power assist is stopped or reduced, the power steering warning light comes on.

Power assist is stopped:

When a malfunction occurs in the power steering system (including when CAN communication is lost, etc.)

When the engine stalls (not a malfunction)
