Lithium Soap Base Glycol Grease


Apply lithium soap base glycol grease to 2 new wheel cylinder cups and the 2 wheel cylinder pistons.

*2 Wheel Cylinder Piston
*3 Wheel Cylinder Cup
*4 Rear Wheel Brake Cylinder Compression Spring


Install 2 new wheel cylinder cups to each wheel cylinder piston.

Install the rear wheel brake cylinder compression spring to the rear wheel brake cylinder.


d.

Install the 2 wheel cylinder pistons to the rear wheel brake cylinder.


e.

Install 2 new wheel cylinder boots to the rear wheel brake cylinder.


Hide 47547R 2.TEMPORARILY TIGHTEN REAR DRUM BRAKE BLEEDER PLUG

a.

Temporarily tighten the rear drum brake bleeder plug to the rear wheel brake cylinder.

HINT:

Fully tighten the rear drum brake bleeder plug after bleeding the system.



Hide 3.INSTALL REAR DRUM BRAKE BLEEDER PLUG CAP

a.

Install the rear drum brake bleeder plug cap to the rear drum brake bleeder plug.
