Make sure to remove the string before installing a new back door lock with courtesy light switch assembly.

MP Grease - -


i.

Apply MP grease to the sliding parts of the back door lock with courtesy light switch assembly.


ii.

Install the back door lock with courtesy light switch assembly with the 4 bolts.

Torque:
7.5 N*m (76 kgf*cm, 66 in.*lbf)


iii.

Connect the 2 connectors.

i.

Apply MP grease to the sliding parts of the back door lock with courtesy light switch assembly.


ii.

Install the back door lock with courtesy light switch assembly with the 3 bolts.

Torque:
7.5 N*m (76 kgf*cm, 66 in.*lbf)


iii.

Connect the connector.
