Clean the rear door outside lower moulding.

1. Using a heat light, heat the rear door outside lower moulding surface.

Standard:

Do not touch the heat light and heated parts.

·

Touching the heat light may result in burns.

·

Touching heated parts for a long time may result in burns.



NOTICE:

Do not heat the rear door outside lower moulding excessively.


2. Remove any remaining double-sided tape from the rear door outside lower moulding.

3. Wipe off any tape adhesive residue with cleaner.

Install a new rear door outside moulding upper pad.

1. Using a heat light, heat the rear door outside lower moulding.

Standard:

Do not touch the heat light and heated parts.

Touching the heat light may result in burns.

Touching heated parts for a long time may result in burns.



NOTICE:

Do not heat the rear door outside lower moulding excessively.


2. Remove the release paper from the rear door outside moulding upper pad.

HINT:

After removing the release paper, keep the exposed double-sided tape free from foreign matter.


3. Install the rear door outside moulding upper pad as shown in the illustration.

HINT:
·

Make sure that the end of the rear door outside moulding upper pad is between the location lines.

·

Press the rear door outside moulding upper pad firmly to install it.
