Connect a positive (+) lead from the auxiliary battery to I87-5 (B) and a negative (-) lead to I87-2 (E).

Measure the voltage according to the value(s) in the table below.
- Standard Voltage:

- HINT:

Auxiliary battery voltage is 12 V.
If the result is not as specified, replace the headlight leveling switch.

Tester Connection Condition Specified Condition I87-6 (ILL+) - Auxiliary battery positive (+)
I87-1 (ILL-) - Auxiliary battery negative (-)Always Switch illumination lights comes on
If the result is not as specified, replace the headlight leveling switch.
